HPLC法测定穿心莲丸中2种内酯的含量

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定穿心莲丸中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯含量的方法。方法:以Agilent TC-C18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-水(55:45)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为245nm。结果:该方法线性关系良好,线性范围为穿心莲内酯0.0224～0.2240μg,脱水穿心莲内酯0.04～0.40μg。平均加样回收率(n=3)分别为97.51%(RSD=1.11%)和97.76%(RSD=1.31%)。结论:高效液相色谱法分离度良好,结果准确可靠,为控制穿心莲丸质量提供了一定的依据。

Determination of Andrographolide and Dehydroandrographolide in ChuanXinLian Wan by HPLC Method

Objective：To establish the assay of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide for ChuanXinLian Wan.Methods：Agilent TC-C18 column（5 μm,4.6×250 mm）,Methanol-Water（55：45） as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength was 245 nm.Results：The method was linear.The calibration curves of andrographolide and dehydrographolide was linear in the range of 0.0224～0.2240μg and 0.04~0.40 μg.The average recovery rate（n=3） ofandrographolide and dehydroandrographolide was97.51%（RSD=1.11%） and 97.76%（RSD=1.31%）.Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid and reproducible.
