| 摘 要： | 随着介入影像学的发展,部分脾栓塞术(PSE)在临床上已经广泛应用,其适应证也越来越广。有多种栓塞材料可用于PSE,且各有特点。由于脾脏血管的解剖特点,治疗效果受栓塞体积大小的影响。评价PSE的疗效,可以根据外周血象和血流动力学指标进行观察。由于种种原因,PSE后也难免有一些并发症,应注意寻找原因,并及时给予相应的有效治疗。

| Abstract: | With the development of Interventional Radiology,nowadays,partial splenic embolization(PSE) which is appropriate for a number of diseases has been applied in clinical practice with more and more indications.There are a variety of PSE materials for choice as to their embolizing characteristics.In addition,the volume of the portion emoblized,which is related to the splenic arterial architecture,might also have some correlation to the results of PSE.Evaluation of the effects of PSE may be made by improvement of blood routine as well as the change of its hemodynamics.Complications after PSE occur with a lot of factors,and what is important for a practitioner is to find the corresponding cause and give proper management in time. |
