| 摘 要： | 目的 应用百忧解 (氟西汀 )治疗心血管疾病伴焦虑抑郁症状的患者 ,观察其疗效。方法 应用心理测试量表 ,对有心血管疾病伴焦虑抑郁症状的 4 8例患者进行测试 ,在临床相应的心血管病治疗 2周的基础上 ,加用百忧解治疗。结果 心血管疾病伴焦虑抑郁患者的症状显著改善 (P <0 .0 1) ,尤以第 4 ,6周最为明显。结论 百忧解治疗心血管疾病伴焦虑抑郁症状能显著改善症状

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the effect of Fluoxetine on the patient with cardiovascular disease and anxiety depression. Methods 48 patients with cardiovascular disease and anxiety depression were examined according to psychology test scale. They were treated with Fluoxetine based on two weeks of routine treatment. Results After treatment, especially at the fourth week and the sixth week, symptoms of the patients were significantly improved ( P <0.01). Conclusion Fluoxetine can significant improve the symptoms of the patients with cardiovascular disease and anxiety depression. |
