大剂量维生素C在阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎中的疗效分析

目的探讨大剂量维生素C在阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎(mpcoplasma pneumoniae,MPP)中的作用及对血清CRP的影响。方法随机选取75例支原体肺炎患儿分为两组:对照组35例,给予阿奇霉素常规治疗,治疗组40例,在对照组基础上给予大剂量维生素C治疗,观察两组临床疗效、夜间咳嗽消失时间、住院时间及血清CRP水平的变化。结果治疗组的总有效率97.50%,明显高于对照组(77.14%),具有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组的夜间咳嗽消失时间(3.81±1.04)d和住院时间(7.43±1.62)d明显短于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组血清CRP联合治疗后明显下降,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论大剂量维生素C可增强阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效、缩短疗程和干咳时间,减轻炎症反应。

Analysis of the curative effect of large doses of vitamin C combined with azithromycin in treating child with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Objective To investigate the effect of large doses of vitamin C combined with Azithromycin in treating child with myeoplasma pneumonia （MPP） and its influence to the serum CRP. Methods All 75 cases of children with MPP were randomly selected and divided into two groups. The control group （35 cases） were given Azithromycin therapy, while the treated group （40 cases） were added with large doses of vitamin C. The clinical effect, night cough disappeared time, inhos- pital time, the serum levels of CRP of the two groups were observed. Results In the total clinical effective rate of the treated group was 97.50%, significantly higher than that of the control group（77.14%） （P 〈 0.05）. The time of night cough disappeared （3.81±1.04） d and inhospital （7.43±1.62） d were significant shorter than control group （P 〈 0.05）. The serum levels of CRP, significantly decreased in treated group after treatment than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Large doses of vitamin C can improve the curative effect of Azithromyein in treating child with myeoplasma pneumonia, shorten treatment course and dry cough time and reduce inflammation.
