两种手术方法治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效对比分析

目的比较腹腔镜与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的手术效果情况,旨在为子宫肌瘤的临床治疗方案的选择提供进一步的指导依据。方法选取我院2008年12月～2011年12月间行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者64例作为观察对象,设为A组,另选择同期行开腹手术64例患者作为对照组,设为B组,观察比较两组的手术治疗效果。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05),但A组患者术后肛门排气时间明显早于B组,且A组术后镇痛泵或药物使用率明显低于B组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术相比具有创伤小、术后恢复快、患者痛苦少等优点,值得广泛推广和应用。

Efficacy comparative analysis of the two surgical methods in treatment of u- terine fibroids

Objective To compare the effects of uterine fibroids removed laparoscopic and open surgical situation and surgery, to provide further guidance on the basis for the choice of clinical treatment program uterine fibroids. Methods In our hospital from December 2008 to December 2011 laparoscopic uterine myomectomy surgery patients 64 cases as the ob- served object, the establishment of group A, and other selected underwent laparotomy 64 patients as control group, set up for the group B, surgical treatment effect were compared between two groups. Results The difference of two groups of oper- ative time, blood loss comparison was not significant （P 〉 0.05）, but group A patients with anal exhaust time significantly earlier in Group B, and Group A postoperative analgesia pump or drugs the utilization rate was significantly lower than in group B （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy with abdominal uterine fibroids myomectomy trau- ma, rapid postoperative recovery, less pain, etc., should be popularized and applied.
