雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的疗效观察

目的观察雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效,旨在为临床治疗提供指导依据。方法将我院2009年1月～2012年1月确诊的78例反流性食管炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组各39例。对照组予奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗;观察组予雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗,比较两组治疗后临床症状的疗效以及内镜下的疗效。结果观察组、对照组治疗后临床症状的疗效比较显示,观察组、对照组显效率分别为61.54%,41.02%,总有效率分别为92.31%、74.35%,两组显效率及总有效率分别比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组治疗后内镜下的疗效比较显示,其显效率分别为56.41%,25.64%,总有效率分别为84.62%、65.00%,两组显效率及总有效率分别比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎疗效确切,安全可靠,值得推广和应用。

Clinical observation of rabeprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of rabeprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis,and to provide guidance for clinical treatment. Methods All of 78 cases diagnosed reflux esophagitis patients in our hospital from January 2009 January 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 39 cases.Control group was given omeprazole, observation group was given rabeprazole combined with mosapride. After treatment, markedly effective rate of the clinical symptoms and endoscopic efficacy were compared. Results The efficacy of clinical symptoms in the observation group and the control group was respectively 61.54% ,41.02% ,the total effective rate was 92.31%,74.35%,markedly effective rate and efficient rate were compared betwtwo groups,the difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）;the remarkable efficiency of the endoscopic efficacy of the observation group and the control group was 56.41%, 25.64%, the total efficiency was 84.62%, 65.00%, the significant efficiency and total efficiency were compared, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rabeprazole united mosapride treatment of reflux esophagitis is accurate, safe, reliable, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
