下肢深静脉血栓外周静脉溶栓疗效的临床分析

目的探讨急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的溶栓疗效。方法对110例下肢深静脉血栓病例行外周静脉尿激酶溶栓,其中15例置入下腔静脉滤器,通过综合临床疗效及下肢周径治疗前后的变化判定治疗效果。结果临床治愈22例,显效72例,有效12例,无效4例,下肢周径治疗前后差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论绝大多数急性期深静脉血栓患者可以通过尿激酶外周静脉溶栓治疗达到满意的临床疗效。

Clinical analysis of peripheral intravenous thrombolysis efficacy in lower extremity deep vein thrombosis

Objective To investigate the thrombolytic therapy of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods All of 110 cases of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis patients underwent peripheral intravenous urokinase thrombolysis, of which 15 cases were placed the inferior vena cava filter. Assessment the treatment effect through integrated clinical efficacy. Lower limb circumference before and after treatment changes perform the t-test （P 〈 0.05） was considered statistically significant. Results The clinical cure of 22 cases, 72 cases markedly effective, 12 cases effective, 4 cases ineffective. Before and after lower limb circumference treatment, occur statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Most of the acute phase of deep vein thrombosis in patients with thrombolytic therapy can achieve a satisfactory clinical outcome.
