| 摘 要： | 目的比较欣母沛和缩宫素预防和治疗宫缩乏力所致产后出血的效果。方法选择顺产的孕妇150例,随机分为两组:欣母沛组和缩宫素组,每组75例。应用称重法计算产时及产后2 h、24 h的出血量,分析各组产后平均出血量、产后出血发生率及分娩前后血红蛋白的变化。结果欣母沛组产后平均出血量、产后出血发生率均明显低于缩宫素组(P<0.05),产后24 h血红蛋白平均值亦明显高于缩宫素组(P<0.05)。结论与缩宫素相比,欣母沛具有更好的预防及减少产后出血的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the hemahate and oxytocin in the prevetion and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony. Methods The hirth of the 150 cases of pregnant women,were randomly divided into two groups： hemahate group and oxytocin group,75 cases in each group. Application of weighing method to the calculation of intrapartum and postparlum 2 h,24 h bleeding,analysis of postpartum hemorrhage volume.each average rate of postpartuml hemorrhage and changes in hemoglobin before and after delivery. Results Hemabate, group of postpartume volume, average rate of postpartum hemorrhage were significantly lower than those of oxytocin group（P 〈 0.05）. postpartum 24 h hemoglohin mean values were significantly higher than those of oxytocin, group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with oxy-tocin,hemabate has better prevention and decrease postpartum hemorrhage role. |
