中晚期宫颈癌术后同步放化疗和单纯放疗的临床疗效观察

目的探讨中晚期宫颈癌术后同步放化疗和单纯放疗的临床治疗疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的60例中晚期宫颈癌术后,根据随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组30例采用单纯放疗,治疗组30例采用同步放化疗治疗,比较两组的疗效以及毒副反应、转移情况。结果治疗组的总有效率、3年生存率、远处转移率分别与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中晚期宫颈癌术后同步放化疗疗效明显优于单纯放疗,远处转移率低,生存率高,值得广泛推广。

Clinical efficacy of concurrent chemoradiotherapy and radiotherapy alone after operation for advanced cervical cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of advanced cervical cancer operative concurrent chemoradiother- apy and radiotherapy alone. Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 cases of advanced cervical cancer after surgery in our hospital. According to the random number table, randomly divided into treatment group and control group （group 2）, control group 30 cases were treated with radiotherapy alone, the treatment group 30 cases with concurrent chemoradiation therapy. Comparison of treatment group and control group, the efficacy and toxicity, and metastasis. Results The treatment group ef- ficiency, 3-year survival rate, distant metastasis rates were compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of postoperative concurrent chemoradiotherapy is superior to radiotherapy alone for advanced cervical cancer, and has less toxicity, low distant metastasis, survival rate, should be popularized.
