肝病患者凝血指标检测结果分析

目的通过检测慢性肝炎、原发性肝癌、重型肝炎、肝硬化患者的PT、APTT、TT、FIB水平,探讨肝病患者的凝血功能情况。方法研究对象为肝硬化23例,原发性肝癌10例,重型肝炎15例,慢性肝炎12例,观察各组的血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)值、活化的部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)值、凝血酶凝结时间(TT)值、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)的水平。结果慢性肝炎、肝硬化、重型肝炎及原发性肝癌各组患者的PT、APTT、TT均明显高于健康对照组,FIB明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05);且随着肝病的加重,慢性肝炎、原发性肝癌、重型肝炎、肝硬化各组患者的PT、APTT、TT均呈逐渐升高趋势,FIB均呈逐渐下降趋势,且原发性肝癌、重型肝炎、肝硬化各组患者的PT、APTT、TT明显高于慢性肝炎组,FIB明显低于慢性肝炎组(P<0.05)。结论凝血功能检测是反映肝脏合成、病变严重程度的重要指标。检测肝病患者的凝血指标,能够预测肝病病情的进展。

Analysis of test results of coagulation indicators for the liver disease patients

Objective To detect the clotting function index of PT, APTT, TT, FIB of chronic hepatitis, primary liver cancer, severe hepatitis ,cirrhosis of the liver patients. Methods Selected irrhosis of the 23 cases, 10 cases of primary liver cancer, 15 cases of severe hepatitis, 12 cases of chronic hepatitis,plasma prothrombin time （PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time （AF1T） value,the value of thrombin setting time （TI＇）,the level of plasma fibrinogen （FIB） were observed. Results chronic hepatitis,cirrhosis, fulminant hepatitis and primary liver cancer patients in each group PT,APTT TT were signifi- cantly higher than the healthy control group,FIB was significantly lower than the healthy control group （P 〈 0.05）. And with the aggravation of liver disease, PT, APTT,TT of chronic hepatitis and primary liver cancer, severe hepatitis,liver cir- rhosis patients in each group showed a gradually increasing trend, FIB showed a gradual downward trend, and primary liver cancer, heavy hepatitis, cirrhosis patients in each group PT, APTF, TI＇ was significantly higher than that in chronic hepati- tis group, FIB was significantly lower than the chronic hepatitis group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Coagulation tests reflect liv- er synthesis, and clotting function index is an important indicator of the severity of the lesions. Detected coagulation indica- tors in patients with liver disease is able to predict the progression of the disease of the liver disease.
