50例手足口病患儿血清心肌酶、肌钙蛋白变化及临床意义

目的探讨手足口病患儿血清心肌酶、肌钙蛋白检测的临床意义,并以此为临床诊治提供指导。方法选择50例手足口病患儿和40例正常健康儿童作为对照组,检测各组血清心肌酶、肌钙蛋白的变化情况,并进行统计学分析。结果研究组患儿心肌酶及cTnI均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期检测血清心肌酶水平及肌钙蛋白同时结合心电图检查可以较好判断手足口病患儿心肌损害程度,从而及早进行干预,以便更好地指导临床治疗。

Serum cardiac enzymes, troponin changes and clinical significance of 50 cases children patients with HFMD

Objective To investigate the child patients with HFMD serum cardiac enzymes, troponin testing clinical significance, and to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods All 50 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease children and 40 normal healthy children as control group, detected changes of serum of cardiac enzymes, troponin in patients, and were analyzed statistically. Results The study group of children with cardiac enzymes and cTnI were significantly higher than the normal control, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Early detection of serum cardiac enzymes levels and troponin combined with ECG can better determine the degree of myocardial damage of the hand, foot and mouth disease children, in order to early and better guide clinical treatment.
