地诺前列酮栓促进足月妊娠初产妇宫颈成熟的观察与护理

摘    要:目的探讨地诺前列酮栓用于足月妊娠初产妇促宫颈成熟的效果和护理措施。方法将160例足月妊娠初产妇随机分为观察组(n=80)和对照组(n=80)。观察组在阴道后穹窿放置一枚地诺前列酮栓,对照组给予催产素缓慢静滴。比较两组产妇宫颈Bishop评分、用药至临产时间、临产至胎儿娩出时间、新生儿阿氏评分、羊水污染、产后出血等。结果观察组促宫颈成熟有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组用药至临产时间、临产至胎儿娩出时间显著低于对照组(P<0.01);两组羊水污染、产后1~5 min新生儿Apgar评分、产后出血差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地诺前列酮栓用于足月妊娠初产妇促宫颈成熟,方法简便,安全有效。

Observation and nursing of dinoprostone suppositories promoting cervical ripening in primipara of full-termpregnancy

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect and nursing of dinoprostone suppositories promoting cervical ripening in primi- para of full-termpregnancy. Methods A total of 160 cases primipara of full-termpregnancy were randomly divided into study group (n = 80) and control group (n = 80). The study group was put dinoprostone suppositories in the posterior vagi- nal fornix, the control group received intravenous drop of oxytocin. To compare the Bishop score of cervix,the time from using drug to labor, the time from labor to fetus expulsion, amniotic fluid contamination, Apgar score of neonate born after 1 -5 minutes, and postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups. Results The cervical maturity of the study group was significantly higher than the control group; the time from using drug to labor and from labor to fetus expulsion of the study group were significantly lower than the control group. Amniotic fluid contamination, Apgar score of neonate born after 1-5 minutes, and postpartum hemorrhage weren't significantly difference between the two groups. Conclusion Using dinoprostone suppositories is safe, effective, simple and convenient for promoting cervical ripening in primipara of full-termpregnancy.
