参附注射液治疗心衰的临床疗效观察

目的观察参附注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果。方法将笔者所在医院2011年1～12月期间收治的68例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各34例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用参附注射液,观察治疗14 d后两组的临床效果。结果观察组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。两组治疗前LVEF及血浆BNP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后LVEF及血浆BNP较前均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规西医综合治疗的基础上,联合参附注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭可以显著改善患者心功能,改善临床症状,进一步降低血浆BNP,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy of Shenfu injection in the treatment of heart failure

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenfu injection in treatment of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Sixty-eight cases of chronic heart failure patients in the hospital from January to December 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 34 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group treated on the basis of control group combined with Shenfu injection for 14 days to observe the clinical effect. Results The efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Compared the LVEF and plasma BNP level of the two goups, the difference was not sta- tistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment in the two grops, the LVEF and plasma BNP were significantly improved, and the difference were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The observation group improved significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, the Shenfu injection can significantly improve cardiac function of chronic heart failure patients and improve clinical symptoms, reduce the plasma BNP level and improve the clinical efficacy. It is worthy of clinical application.
