| 摘 要： | 目的分析利用沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘的疗效。方法共选取65名患有支气管哮喘的患者,随机分成治疗组与对照组。两组在相同基础治疗的前提下,治疗组采用沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,对照组采用静脉注射地塞米松及氨茶碱治疗。结果经过1个疗程的治疗后,治疗组患者呼吸急促、缺氧等支气管哮喘症状基本消失,哮鸣音消失快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘疗效显著,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the effect of atomization inhales of salbutamol combined with budesonide on pediatric bronchial asthma. Methods Total of 100 children suffered from asthma were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group. They were given the same comprehensive treatment, and then treatment group was given salbutamol combined budesonide suspension atomizing inhalation, control group was simply treated by intravenous dexamethasone. Results After a single course of treatment, asthma symptoms such as breathlessness and hypoxia in children of treatment group disappeared, which in children of treatment group disappeared faster than the control group, and the differences of treatment effect of two groups were statistical significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of atomization inhales of salbutamol with budesonide is significant curative effect for pediatric and worthy of being applied in clinic. |
