舒肝解郁胶囊对功能性消化不良的疗效观察

目的观察舒肝解郁胶囊对功能性消化不良的总体治疗效果。方法将确诊的功能性消化不良(FD)且按综合性医院焦虑、抑郁量表(HADS)情绪测定积分>9分的80例患者随机分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组采用常规治疗加舒肝解郁胶囊治疗,比较两组疗效。结果治疗6周后,治疗组总有效率85.0%,对照组总有效率57.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论本研究认为对于功能性消化不良且伴有焦虑、抑郁情绪的患者常规内科治疗,同时联合应用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗,可以取得良好的疗效,值得进一步研究。

The effect of Shugan jieyu capsule on functional dyspepsia

Objective To observe the totle effect of Shugan jieyu capsule on functional dyspepsia. Methods A total of 80 patients in general hospital diagnosed definitely functional dyspepsia（FD） were valued over 9 scores according to the hospital anxiety, depression scale（HADS） and divided into two groups called control group and experimental group. The control group used conventional treatment,and the experimental group used conventional treatment combined with Shugan jieyu capsule. Results After 6 weeks＇ therapy,the totle effective rate in experimental group was 85.0% ,while that in control group was 57.5% ,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The study showed the conventional treatment combined with Shugan jieyu capsule had significant effect on patients with functional dyspepsia in anxiety and depression, and further study was deserved.
