铁路地区2007～2011年麻疹疫情监测分析

目的了解铁路地区麻疹的流行病学特征,为有效控制麻疹流行提供科学依据。方法对2007~2011年的麻疹监测系统资料进行描述流行病学分析。结果 5年来共报告麻疹病例42例,年平均发病率为10.06/10万,以2008年发病率最高,为36.44/10万;4~6月为发病高峰,共发生病例30例,占总病例的71.43%,具有明显的季节性;以学生发病率最高,占总病例的52.38%。结论在确保麻疹高水平基础免疫的同时,做好重点人群的强化免疫工作是控制麻疹的主要策略。

Analysis on monitor of measles epidemic in railway district from 2007 to 2011

Objective To know the epidemiology characteristic of measles in railway district, for the effective control of measles epidemic provide the scientific basis. Methods To analyze the epidemiological characters of the measles monitor- ing system data from 2007 to 2011. Results For 5 years measles cases were reported in 42 cases. The average annual inci- dence rate was 10.06/100 thousand. The highest incidence rate in 2008 was 36.44/100 thousand. 4 to 6 months for the onset of the peak. There were 30 cases occupies the total case （71.43%） with significant seasonal.The highest incidence of student occupies the total case 52.38%. Conelusion To ensure high level in the basic immune, at the same time the strengthening of the key crowd immune work is the main control the strategy.
