螺旋CT三维重建对髋臼骨折的诊断价值分析

目的分析螺旋CT三维重建对髋臼骨折在临床上的诊断价值。方法选择80例髋臼骨折患者进行研究,行单层螺旋CT扫描和多层螺旋CT薄层容积扫描,之后进行容积再现法以及表面遮蔽显示法三维重建,比较和分析螺旋CT二维重建以及螺旋CT三维重建所得的结果。结果螺旋CT三维重建能够对髋臼骨折的类型、形态、是否存在合并有脱位情况以及移位等诸多空间信息进行准确、立体以及直观的评估,但是与螺旋CT二维重建相比,在显示微小骨折的机率方面螺旋CT三维重建比较低,同时有"假孔"以及"假骨折"现象存在。结论螺旋CT三维重建在对髋臼骨折其空间关系的显示方面具有着显著优越性,在临床上具有着良好的应用价值。

The diagnosis value of spiral CT 3D reconstruction for acetabular fractures

Objective To explore spiral CT of 3D reconstruction acetabular fracture diagnostic value. Methods Choose 80 cases of patients with fracture of the acetabular research, each a spiral CT scan and multilayer spiral CT scan thin volume, volume representation method and surface covered display 3D reconstruction method, compared spiral CT 2D reconstruction and spiral CT 3D reconstruction results. Results Spiral CT of 3D reconstruction acetabular fracture of the type, form, whether there and shift with dislocation,and many other space information accurately,three-dimensional and intuitive evaluation,but with spiral CT 2D reconstruction compared,in the risk of fracture in that tiny spiral CT 3D reconstruction was lower,at the same time there was ＂false hole＂ and ＂false fracture＂ phenomenon. Conclusion Spiral CT 3D reconstruction of the fractures in acetabular space relation has a significant advantage that with a good clinical application value.
