64层容积CT对肋骨骨折的诊断价值

目的探讨64层容积CT容积再现技术（VR）和曲面重建技术（CPR）在肋骨骨折中的诊断价值。方法利用64层容积CT对临床怀疑肋骨骨折的29例患者进行容积扫描，运用容积再现技术及曲面重建技术显示肋骨骨折的部位、数量，判断64层容积CT诊断肋骨骨折的优势。结果29例中，64层容积CT扫描共发现肋骨骨折56处。运用容积再现技术及曲面重建技术可显示骨折的位置、数量及断端移位情况。各种后处理图像中，VR在显示骨折的空间解剖结构上有优势，CPR在显示微细肋骨骨折上效果较好，而轴位图像是诊断的基础。结论薄层重建后利用容积再现及曲面重建图像可准确诊断不同程度的肋骨骨折，对治疗方案的选择及预后评估具有重要价值，但在诊断肋骨骨折时各种重建技术必须结合应用。

The value of 64-slice VCT in the diagnosis of rib fracture

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 64-slice VCT with volume rendering technique(VR) and curved multiplanar reformation(CPR)of rib fracture.
