自发性球结膜下出血与青光眼相关

目的 探讨自发性球结膜下出血与青光眼是否相关。方法 对131例患作了眼底、裂隙灯、眼压、视野、房角等检查，并以125名体检对象作对照组。结果 出血组的青光眼患病率极显高于对照组，分别为10．69％和0．80％（P＜0．001）；出血组中反复出血的青光眼患病率极显地高于初发，分别为21．5％和2．70％（P＜0．001）；出血组中无咳嗽等诱因的青光眼患病率显高于有诱因的病例，分别为12．84％和0．00％（P＜0．02）；而出血组中有、无高血压及心脑血管病史间的青光眼患病率无显差别。结论 自发性球结膜下出血与青光眼关系密切。

Spontaneous subconjunctival hemorrhage is related to glaucoma

AIM To evaluate the relationship between glaucoma and spontaneous subconjuctival hemorrhage (SSCH). METHODS One hundred and thirty one cases of SSCH and 125 cases of general health check up persons were examined with funduscope, split lamp microscope, tonometer, anterior chamber angle mirror and perimeter. RESULTS Prevalence of glaucoma in SSCH was remarkably higher than that in the control group (10.69% and 0.80%respectively, P <0.001); among the cases of SSCH, the prevalence of glaucoma in patients with repeatedly bleeding was extremely higher than that in those with first bleeding (21.05% and 2.70%, P <0.001), the prevalence in patients without inducing factors such as coughing was significantly higher than that in patients with these factors (12.84% and 0.00%, P <0.02), but the prevalence in patients with or without history of hypertension, cardiovascular or cerebral vascular disease showed no significant difference. CONCLUSION There is a close relationship between SSCH and glaucoma.
