氨甲蝶呤放射介入联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效观察

目的:观察氨甲蝶呤放射介入辅以中药治疗输卵管妊娠的临床疗效。方法:58例输卵管妊娠患者随机分为两组,对照组行放射介入输卵管插管持续灌注氨甲蝶呤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅以中药治疗,观察并比较两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组治愈率、临床症状消失时间及不良反应发生率均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:放射介入输卵管插管持续灌注氨甲蝶呤联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠疗效确切,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Efficiency of Methotrexate Supplemented Traditional Chinese Medicine for Treatment of Tubal Pregnancy Using RadioactiveInterventional Tubal Intubation

Objective ：To observe the efficiency of methotrexate supplemented traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of tubal pregnancyusing radioactive interventional tubal intubation.Method ：58 cases of tubal pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups,patients of the controlgroup were given continuous perfusion of methotrexate using radioactive interventional tubal intubation,while the observation group was supplementedwith traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group,clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared two weeks later. Result ：Thedisappearance time of clinical symptoms ,cure rate and incidence of adverse reactions of observation group were all better than that of control group withstatistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion ：Methotrexate supplemented traditional Chinese medicine using radioactive interventional tubal intubationis effective on treatment of tubal pregnancy with less adverse reactions ,and worthy of clinical application.
