护理干预对腰椎术后腹胀患者胃肠功能重建的影响

目的:探讨腰椎骨折腹胀的原因及有效改善腹胀的护理措施。方法:对引起腹胀的原因进行分析,并积极采取相应的护理措施。具体方法将40例腰椎骨折术后患者分成A组和B组。A组采用传统的健康教育方法。B组在原来的基础上加入新干预法。结果:B组明显比A组减轻了腹胀程度和腹胀的发生率。结论:引起腹胀的原因是多方面的,及时有效地早期综合护理干预可避免或减少腹胀发生率。

The Influence of Gastric Bowel Function Reconstruction of Lumbar Postoperative Abdominal Distension by Nursing Intervention

Objective：To explore the cause of thoracolumbar fractures abdominal distension and effectively improve the abdominal distensionnursing.Method：To cause abdominal distension analysis of the causes,and actively corresponding nursing.Specific methods will be 40 cases of lumbarfracture patients into two control group.Group A and group B.A group use of the traditional health education method.Group B in the original basis to jointhe new intervention method.Result：Of the group B patients,and obviously the lower degree and incidence of abdominal distension than the patients ofgroup A.Conclusion：Cause abdominal distension reason is various,effective and timely early comprehensive nursing intervention can avoid or reduce theoccurrence of abdominal distension.
