| 摘 要： | 目的为了提高工作不足2年的注册合同护士的静脉穿刺水平。方法由护理部选定临床输液督导员对新护士连续培训静脉穿刺技术。结果新护士浅静脉穿刺水平快速提高。结论连续培训和规范带教是提高护士穿刺水平的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the vein-puncture skill of newcomer employed nurses.Method All the newcomer nurses were trained by the skilled superior nurses selected by nursing department.Result The skill of vein-puncture among newcomer nurses was improved rapidly.Conclusion Continuous training and standardized clinical teaching is an effective means to improve the vein-puncture skill of newcomer nurses. |
