怀牛膝炮制工艺初探

摘    要:目的:探讨怀牛膝的最佳炮制工艺。方法:采用正交实验设计。以怀牛膝水溶性成分百人妣含量为质量控制指标;采用L9(3^4)正交表。对怀牛膝切制饮片厚度和酒制工艺进行了初步探讨。结果与结论:其炮制工艺选择A21C1D2的条件为宜,即将切成3mm厚的怀牛膝饮片。加10%黄酒拌匀,用文火炒至表面黄色,见少许焦斑取出凉透的炮制工艺为佳。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the technology o f processing Radix Achyranthis bidentatae by orthogonal design.Me thods:The percentages of water-soluble components and L 9(3 4) ort hogonal table were used to select the best thickness and usage of wine.Results and Conclusion:The best condition was A 2B 1C 1D 2. The optimal procedure was set as follows: the Radix Achyranthis bidentatae was sliced to 3 mm, added with 10% yellow rice wine and mixed homogeneously, then sa uted to yellow with a few charred flecks, taken out and cooled down.
