武警官兵职业压力、社会支持与心理健康的关系

【目的】探讨武警官兵职业压力、社会支持与心理健康的关系。【方法】采用军人职业压力量表、领悟社会支持量表（PSSS）和症状自评量表（scl-90）,对488名武警官兵进行测试。【结果】武警官兵scl-90总均分及各因子分均低于中国军人常模和全国成人常模（PS〈0.01）,心理健康状况整体情况良好;职业压力、领悟社会支持总均分及各因子分均与心理健康总均分及各因子分显著相关（PS〈0.01）;工作压力、婚姻家庭、角色不清及领导能力对心理健康得分有正向预测作用（P〈0.01）,家庭外支持对心理健康得分有负向预测作用（P〈0.01）。【结论】武警官兵职业压力、领悟社会支持能预测其心理健康水平,提高武警官兵的社会支持,有利于降低职业压力对心理健康的不利影响。

The relationship between occupational stress,social support and mental health of the Armed Police

【Objective】To explore the relationship between occupational stress,social support and mental health in the Armed Police.【Method】The qccupational stress scale for military personnel,symptom check list 90（SCL-90）and perceived social support scale（PSSS） were used for testing in 488 Armed Polices.【Results】The general state of the mental health of the Armed Police was not bad.The scores of all the factors in scl-90 were greatly lower than that of army norm and adult norm（PS 0.01）.The scores of mental health were significantly correlation to that of occupational stress and social support（PS 0.01）.Mental health,job stress,marriage and family,role ambiguity and leadership skill were significantly positive anticipation factors（P 0.01）,and perceived social support out of family was significant negative anticipation factor（P 0.01）.【Conclusion】The occupational stress and perceived social support could anticipate the level of mentle health.
