成纤维细胞生长因子对海马神经元损伤保护作用的研究进展

摘    要:成纤维细胞生长因子(FGFs)对中枢神经系统神经细胞的发育、成熟和存活有着极为重要的影响,对于促进海马神经元和胶质细胞的生长也有很强的作用,并且能促进海马神经元损伤的修复与再生。FGFs通过抑制胞内钙超载、抑制海马神经元凋亡和抗氧化应激等3个方面对海马神元损伤起保护作用。

Abstract:Fibroblast growth factor(FGFs) play a very important role on the development, maturity and survival of the nerve cells in the central nervous system, they also have a strong impact on promoting the growth of hippoeampal neurons and glial cells. At the same time, FGFs can help to repair and regenerate the hippoeampal neurons when they are being damaged. FGFs prevent the hippoeampal neurons from injuring through three aspects, which include inhibiting the overload of calcium in the cytoplasm, restraining the apoptosis of the neurons and resisting oxidative stress.
