| 摘 要： | 目的比较器质性心脏病伴阵发性房颤（Af）与无器质性心脏病伴阵发性房颤的诱因,探讨Af的诱发机制。方法将经24 h动态心电图检查出Af的病例分为器质性心脏病组（观察组）与无器质性心脏病组（对照组）,分析Af发作前房性早搏的特点。结果观察组由房性早搏诱发的Af次数明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论器质性心脏病Af多由房性早搏诱发,并且引起Af的房性早搏联律间期更短,早搏指数更高。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the cause of the organic heart disease with paroxysmal tremble and without organic heart disease with paroxysmal tremble,and to investigate the induced mechanism of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation cases under 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram examination were divided into organic heart disease group（ observation group） and no organic heart disease group（ control group）. The characteristics of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation attacking anterior chamber sex premature beat were analyzed. Results Paroxysmal atrial fibrillation induced by atrial premature beats in the observation group was significantly higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Organic heart disease with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation induces by anterior chamber premature beat,and the cause of Af anterior chamber premature beat united law of period is shorter,with higher premature beat index. |
