| 摘 要： | 目的探讨服务警示录在胸外科护理安全管理中的应用。方法根据护理服务警示录的收纳范围,制订胸外科护理服务警示录,装订成册,护理人员人手一册,应用和学习,并定时更新补充,警惕护理人员避免类似事件发生。结果应用服务警示录后,护理不良事件发生率及病人投诉率降低,病人满意度提高(P0.01或P0.05);护理人员对服务警示录表示满意。结论应用服务警示录有助于预防护理不良事件的发生,提高病人和护理人员满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application effects of service warning records for nursing safety management in thoracic surgery. Methods According to the receive scope of service warning records, thoracic surgery nursing service warning records were formulated and sent to nurses for application and learning. Nursing service warning records were regularly updated to remind nursing staff to avoid similar incidents. Results After the implementation of nursing service warning, the adverse events and patients＂ complaints significantly decreased, patient satisfaction increased significantly （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Nurses were satisfied with the effect of service warning records. Conclusion To implement service warning records helps to prevent nursing adverse events, improve patient and nurses satisfaction. |
