护理项目难度系数的初步研究

目的界定适于难度评价的护理绩效考核项目难度系数,为量化绩效考核的实施提供科学依据。方法采用Delphi专家函询法对北京地区30名专家进行两轮函询。运用专家会议法、难度系数修订问卷进一步验证Delphi函询结果。结果研究最终得到64项护理项目的难度系数,"接四级手术术后病人"一项难度系数最高,为8.857;"铺备用床/暂空床"一项难度系数仅高于基准项目"测量体质量",为2.038。结论研究各阶段专家咨询结果具有可靠性,64项护理项目的难度系数具有客观性,可以增强护理工作量统计的合理性。

A pilot study of difficulty coefficient of nursing items

Objective To assess the difficulty coefficient of nursing items suitable for difficulty evaluation, so as to provide basis for implementation of quantitative performance appraisal, Methods The Delphi method was introduced for two rounds of 30 experts in Beijing. Expert meeting and difficulty coefficient verification questionnaire survey were adopted to further verify the results of Delphi enquiry results. Results Sixty - four nursing items＇difficulty coefficients were identified. The item of ＂ Pick up postoperative patients after level 4 operation＂ was 8. 857 which was the highest difficulty coefficient,the difficuhy coefficient of ＂preparing unoccupied beds＂ was 2. 038 ,just above the benchmark item ＂ body weight measurement＂. Conclusion Expert consultation results in different stages are reliability and the difficulty coefficients is objective ,which can enhance the rationality of nursing workload estimation.
