慢性硬膜下血肿保守治疗适应症及疗程探讨

目的 探讨慢性硬膜下血肿（CSDH）保守治疗的适应症及疗程.方法 收集我院最近3年来CSDH患者的病例资料,筛选出采用保守治疗的病例进行回顾性分析.结果 共有34例CSDH患者采取静脉应用止血药物的保守治疗方式,治疗的患者在病程时间和CT高密度影方面与总体情况有显著性差异,大多数治疗时间为3~5 d.结论 CSDH的保守治疗适应症包括3类患者,保守治疗可以作为手术治疗的补充方式,灵活运用可以使患者达到良好的治疗效果,减少患者痛苦,降低治疗费用.

Exploration of Indication and Course of Conservative Treatment of Chronic Subdural Hematoma

Objective To investigate the indication and course of conservative treatment of chronic subdural hematoma （CSDH）. Methods Collecting the datum of cases with chronic subdural hematoma in the past three years, summarizing the patients＇ sex, age, histo- ry of head injury, imaging manifestation and therapeutic method, and doing Logistic analysis of the patients under conservative treatment. Results 34 cases of CSDH received the conservative treatment of intravenous application of hemostatic drugs. The length of the course and CT high - density shadow in conservative treatment of patients were statistically significant compared with the whole. Most of the treatment time was 3 to 5 days. Conclusion Indications for the conservative treatment of CSDH include three types of patients. Conservative treat- ment can be used as a supplementary way of patients with CSDH who received operation. Flexible use can make patients achieve good thera- peutic effect, and reduce the pains and the costs.
