双耳听力对称的急性耳鸣诊治研究

目的研究双耳听力对称的急性耳鸣诊治方法。方法通过颅脑MRI检查以及声导抗、纯音测听、耳镜等专科检查,对入选的50例患者进行分型诊断,治疗5周后作治疗效果评定。结果咽鼓管型耳鸣患者治疗5周后,痊愈12例、显效2例、有效2例、无效1例;心因性耳鸣患者治疗后,无效1例、显效1例、痊愈5例;疲劳性耳鸣患者治疗后,有效1例、显效1例、痊愈8例;神经性耳鸣患者治疗,无效1例、显效1例、痊愈6例;特发性耳聋患者治疗5周后,无效1例、有效1例、显效2例、痊愈4例。结论双耳听力对称的急性耳鸣与咽鼓管功能异常有密切关系,结合临床病史,并依靠专科听力检查,可以提高诊治效果。

Diagnosis and Treatment Research of Doublet Listening Symmetrical Acute Tinnitus

Objective To do diagnosis and treatment research of doublet listening symmetrical acute tinnitus. Methods Through MRI examination of brain magnetic resonance imaging and acoustic immittance,pure tone audiometry and speculum,50 patients were treated with typing diagnosis and diagnosis,and effect evaluation treatment after 5 weeks was done. Results The eustachian tube type tinnitus patients after 5 weeks,12 cases were cured,2 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,and 1 case was invalid. In the treatment of psychogenic tinnitus patients,1 case was invalid,1 case was effective,and 5 cases were cured. In the treatment of fatigue in patients with tinnitus treatment,1 case was effective,1 case was effective,and 8 cases were cured. In the treatment of nervous tinnitus patients,1case was invalid,1 case was effective,and 6 cases were cured. In the treatment of idiopathic deafness patients after 5 weeks,1 case was invalid,1 case was effective,2 cases were effective,and 4 cases was recovered. Conclusion There is close relationship between acute tinnitus doublet listening symmetric and eustachian tube dysfunction through combining with the clinical history,and relying on the college hearing examination. It can improve the treatment effect.
