微波联合药物治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效分析

目的 观察微波联合药物治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效.方法 将带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者共56例,随机分成治疗组和对照组.对照组给予一般药物治疗,治疗组加用微波治疗.3个疗程后,采用视觉模拟评分法评价两组临床疗效,并进行统计处理.结果 治疗组痊愈率为64.29％,高于对照组痊愈率为39.29％,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;治疗组有效率为92.86％,高于对照组有效率为71.43％,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 微波联合药物治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效显著,优于单纯药物治疗.

Analysis of the Efficacy of Microwave Combined with Medicine in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of microwave combined with medicine in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods 56 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were divided into the treatment group and control group. Both groups were treated with medicine, and the treatment group were treated with microwave radiation treatment. After 3 courses of treatment, the efficacy of the two groups was analyzed by VAS and the census was done on the data. Results The recovery rate was 64.29% in the treatment group and 39. 29% in the control group, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. The effective rate was 92.86% in the treatment group and 71.43% in the control group, with statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Microwave combined with medicine in the treatment of posther- petic neuralgia has obvious therapeutic effectiveness, and is superior to the medicine.
