丙泊酚与咪达唑仑辅助硬膜外麻醉镇静效果比较

目的 分析丙泊酚与咪达唑仑用于辅助硬膜外麻醉的镇静效果,并进行比较.方法 选取我院2012-03~2013-03间行硬膜外麻醉的100例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为丙泊酚组和咪达唑仑组,分别详细记录两组患者的遗忘程度、内脏牵拉反应情况和镇静评分情况,并对记录数据进行比较分析.结果 两组患者遗忘程度、内脏牵拉反应情况和镇静评分结果比较有显著性差异,与丙泊酚组相比较,咪达唑仑组在各方面的效果都更明显.结论 在临床上咪达唑仑较丙泊酚更适合用于辅助硬膜外麻醉镇静.

Comparison of Propofol and Midazolam Sedation Epidural Anesthesia

Objective To explore and analyze propofol and midazolam for sedation effect of epidural anesthesia. Methods Selecting 100 patients with routine epidural anesthesia in the hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 as research subjects, and randomly dividing them into group A （ propofol group） and group B （ midazolam group）. Detailed records of two groups of patients were forgotten extent, seda- tion scores circumstances and visceral reaction conditions, and record data was compared. Results Both the degree of visceral reaction for- gotten situation and sedation score results are more significantly different. Group B has more obvious effect in all aspects than group A. Con- dusion The clinical midazolam compared with propofol is more suitable for epidural anesthesia sedation.
