摘    要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在输尿管重建中显示输尿管结石的临床应用价值。方法 36例腹部平片及B超阴性但临床高度怀疑输尿管结石患者均行MSCT扫描及输尿管重建;输尿管重建方法有:曲面重建、最大密度投影和表面遮盖成像。结果 MSCT薄层重建结合输尿管重建后结石检出率为100%。并能清楚显示结石位置、大小及输尿管梗阻扩张的程度及范围。结论 MSCT轴位图像结合重建技术能迅速和准确诊断输尿管结石,具有很高的临床价值。

Clinical Evaluation of Multislice Spiral CT in the Detection of Ureter Calcul

Abstract:Objective To assess the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT reconstruction in detection of ureter calculi. Methods MSCT scan and reconstruction were performed in 36 cases suspected as ureter calculi with negative results of ultrasound or KUB. Reconstruction methods included: curved planar reformatting, maximum intensity projection and shaded volume display. Results The detection rates of calculi was 100% by MSCT thin thickness scanning and MSCT reconstruction, in addition, the location, size and morphology of calculi and the ureter obstruction could be clearly demonstrated in MSCT image. Conclusion The axial images combined with reconstruction of MSCT can quickly and accurately make the diagnosis of ueterolithiasis with high clinical value.
