聚焦解决模式在提高老年人全髋关节置换术后生活质量中的应用

目的探讨聚焦解决模式在提高老年人全髋关节置换术后生活质量的效果。方法将72例全髋关节置换术后老年患者分成观察组和对照组各36例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上应用聚焦解决模式5个步骤(描述问题、构建目标、探查例外、实施反馈、评价阶段)进行健康教育。结果入院时两组患者Harris髋关节评分、生活质量评分差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);术后14 d、90 d、180 d观察组患者Harris髋关节评分和生活质量评分均高于对照组(P0.01)。结论聚焦解决模式可作为一种心理干预模式,能有效提高老年患者全髋关节置换术后健康教育效果,有效提升其术后的生活质量,可以广泛应用于临床护理领域中。

Application of solution focused approach in improving quality of life of elderly patients after total hip arthroplasty

Objective To explore the effects of solution focused approach on improving elderly patients＇quality of life after total hip arthroplasty （THA）. Methods Totally,72 elderly patients after THA were randomly divided into two groups using a random sequential integrated balance method. The control group was received conventional treatment and nursing,while the experimental group was received solution focused approach to carry on health education. The solution focused approach included 5 steps including describing problems,building targets,probing exception,implementation and feedback,and evaluation. Results At admission, Harris hip scores and WHOQOL - BREF scores showed no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ） , while in 14 days ,90 days and 180 days after operation, Harris hip scores and WHOQOL - BREF scores in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Solution focused approach used as a psychological intervention model can improve the effects of health education for elderly patients after THA, improve their postoperative quality of life,and can be widely used in clinical nursing.
