不同医疗器械清洗方法清洗效果及成本分析

目的探讨不同的清洗方法对医疗器械的消毒效果及综合成本,提高清洗质量,控制医院感染。方法采用随机抽样法选取术后中度污染的回收器械2000件并均分为两组。A组：使用全效多酶剂浸泡后进行手工清洗;B组：全自动机械清洗。比较调配人员数、所耗时长、材料损耗费、目测洁净率、隐血试验阳性率。结果 A组所耗时长为（72.6±4.43）min,材料损耗费为（31.82±2.43）元,B组分别为（50.67±3.62）min和（36.71±2.96）元,与A组相比,B组所耗时间短但材料损耗费较高,进一步分析其综合成本B组明显低于A组（P〈0.05）;A组隐血试验阳性率为9.00%,B组为4.00%,B组的隐血试验阳性率明显低于A组（P〈0.05）,但目测洁净率两组没有明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论机械清洗的效果和成本消耗均优于手工清洗。

Cleaning Effect and Cost Analysis of Different Cleaning Methods in Medical Equipment

Objective To investigate the effect of different cleaning methods and the overall cost of sterilization of medical devices , to improve the quality of cleaning and hospital infection control.Methods Using a random sampling method to divide 2000 recycling moderate pollution equipments into group A：the full effect of multi -enzyme soak manual cleaning agent group and group B：automatic mechanical cleaning group.Comparing the number of personnel deployed ,the time-consuming , material loss costs , visual cleanliness rates and occult blood test positive rates.Results Time-consuming in group A is （72.6 ±4.4） min, and material loss is （31.82 ±2.43） yuan, and group B is （50.67 ±3.62） min and （36.71 ±2.96） yuan.Compared with group A, group B has a longer time -consuming, while the material loss higher costs.In the further analysis of their consolidated cost , group B was significantly lower than group A （ P＆lt;0.05 ）.In occult blood test , positive rate was 9.00%in group A and 4.00%in group B.Positive rate of group B was significantly lower than that in group A （ P＆lt;0.05 ） , but there was no significant visual difference between the two groups about cleaning rates （ P ＆gt;0.05 ）.Conclusion The effect and consumption costs of the automatic mechanical cleaning methods are better than the manual cleaning .
