小针刀治疗脑卒中致肱二头肌痉挛的康复护理

目的 探讨小针刀治疗脑卒中致肱二头肌痉挛患者的护理效果.方法 采用改良的Ashworth痉挛评定量表对50例患者在治疗前、治疗后肱二头肌痉挛情况进行评估对比,做好小针刀术前心理护理、术中护理配合,术后做好支具的正确使用和患肢的抗痉挛摆放.结果 患者治疗前、治疗后1个月的评估肱二头肌痉挛分级对比和上肢Fugl-Meyer积分对比,均具有显著性差异（P＜0.001）,肱二头肌痉挛症状明显改善.结论 做好术前心理护理、术中护理配合、术后不同体位下患肢的正确摆放护理,能促进小针刀治疗脑卒中致肱二头肌痉挛后的患者上肢功能恢复,痉挛症状明显改善,且疗程短.

Nursing Experience of Small Needle Knife Therapy on Biceps Spasm of Cerebral Apoplexy

Objective To explore the small needle knife therapy on biceps convulsion cerebral apoplexy. Methods Using modified Ashworth spasm of rating scale to evaluate patients＇ biceps spasm, preoperative psychological nursing and intraoperative nursing coopera- tion, and completing the elbow postoperative care and keeping good limb position location. Results Patients before and after treatment bi- ceps spasm after a month assessment grading contrast and comparison of upper limb Fugl - Meyer integral differences were very significant （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion Psychological nursing before operation, nursing cooperation during operation and the right placement of limb in different positions after operation can promote small knife therapy on biceps spasm cerebral apoplexy, and spasm is improved significantly. So it is worthy of popularization and application.
