| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对初次献血者进行音乐干预的做法与效果。方法将3 967名初次献血者按献血日期分为观察组和对照组,对照组按常规献血程序进行无偿献血,观察组在执行常规献血程序的同时进行音乐干预,观察两组献血者献血反应发生率。结果观察组献血反应发生率明显低于对照组(P0.01)。结论音乐干预能显著降低初次献血者献血反应发生率,可保证无偿献血者安全,建议在无偿献血工作中推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods and effect of music intervention for blood donors. Methods Totally,3 967 blood donators were divided into the experimental group and the control group, the control group was donated blood traditionally, and the experimental group was donated blood with music inter- vention. The incidence of blood donation reaction of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of blood donation reaction in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Music intervention can obviously decrease the incidence of blood donation reaction of blood donators, ensure the safety of them, which is worth spreading. |
