护士感知公仆型领导与组织支持知觉的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨护士感知公仆型领导与组织支持知觉的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、公仆型领导测量量表和组织支持知觉量表对267名临床护士进行调查。结果护士的公仆型领导得分(5.24±1.11)分,处于较高水平;护士组织支持知觉得分(5.18±1.23)分,处于中等偏上水平,两者呈正相关(P0.01)。结论公仆型领导可以给予下属护士更多的社会情感支持、工具性支持和尊重,能构建融洽的领导-下属关系,促进同事间信任,从而提升护士的组织支持知觉。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between perceived servant leadership and organizational support among nursing staffs. Methods Total1y,267 clinical nurses were investigated using servant leadership measurement scale, perceived organizational support scale and general data questionnaire. Results The score of perceived servant leadership was ( 5.24 ± 1.11 ), which was at a high level. The score of nurses ' perceived organizational support was (5. 18 ±1.23 ) ,which was at moderate to high level. There existed positive correlation between servant leadership and nurses'perceived organizational support ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Servant leadership can offer more socioemotional support, instrumental support and respect to nurses, build harmonious leader - subordinate relationship, promote trust between colleagues, and improve nurses' perceived organizational support ultimately.
