冠心病介入诊疗术并发血管性病变护理分析

目的 对冠心病介入诊疗术并发血管性病变的原因和护理方法进行探讨分析.方法 选择本院心内科冠心病介入诊疗术的患者350例,对其并发血管性病变的原因及护理方法进行总结分析.结果 冠心病介入诊疗术的350例患者中并发血管病变的有32例;假性动脉瘤的3例;动静脉瘘者的2例.上述经查明原因后积极治疗和科学护理后均好转出院.结论 冠心病患者介入诊疗术并发血管病变的原因非常复杂,因此采取合理的临床预防措施和科学有效的护理方法,可促进患者早日康复.

Nursing Analysis of Coronary Interventional Surgery Complicated by Vascular Lesions

Objective To analyze and discuss the causes of coronary interventional surgery complicated by vascular lesions. Methods Selecting 350 patients with coronary interventional surgery complicated by vascular lesions, and summarizing its complicated causes and nursing method. Results There were 32 out of 350 patients with concurrent vascular lesions in coronary intervention, 3 patients with pseudoaneurysm, and 2 patients with arteriovenous fistula. After the reasons being found, these patients were all cured by the active treatment and scientific nursing. Conclusion Causes of coronary interventional surgery complicated by vascular lesions are complex. So reasonable precautions and scientific and valid nursing method should be adopted to promote the early recovery of patients.
