老年急性上消化道出血患者的临床分析

目的 分析老年急性上消化道出血患者的临床特征.方法 对我院2008-08~2012-12间收治的202例急性上消化道出血患者进行回顾性分析,其中将110例老年患者作为研究组,92例中青年患者作为对照组,分析比较两组患者出血病因、临床特征、病情转归等.结果 两组患者首要出血原因均为消化性溃疡;研究组胃癌（贲门癌）发生率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）;研究组发生低血压或休克情况显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）;研究组止血治疗所需时间显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 急性上消化道出血老年患者在出血病因、临床特征及病情转归等方面存在特殊性,危险性高,治疗更为复杂,应给予足够重视,防治结合,早诊早治,提高治疗效果.

Clinical Analysis of Elderly Patients with Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

Objective To analyze the clinical features of elderly patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods 202 patients （ 110 cases of elderly patients in the study group, 92 cases of young patients in the control group） with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital were analyzed via a retrospective analysis. Some main issues of both groups, including the causes, clinical features, prognosis and so on were compared and analyzed. Results The primary pathogenic reason for both groups was peptic ulcer. The incidence of gastric carcinoma （ carcinoma of cardia） of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. So were the occurrence of hypotension or shock （ P 〈 0.05 ） and the time required for treatment of hemorrhage （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The conditions of elderly patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage are heavier, in the matters of cau- ses, clinical features, prognosis and so on. As a result, more care and treatments are required so as to fulfill the goal for satisfying thera- peutic effect.
