降钙素原在开颅术后颅内感染诊断中的价值研究

目的 研究降钙素原（PCT）在开颅术后颅内感染中的诊断价值.方法 选取30例开颅术后颅内感染者作为研究组,30例开颅术后无颅内感染者作为对照组,分析两组患者脑脊液和血清PCT水平、白细胞计数等指标.结果 研究组脑脊液与血清PCT水平、白细胞计数均较对照组显著升高（P＜0.05）.脑脊液PCT诊断的敏感性（95％）和特异性（90％）均较高.结论 脑脊液和血清PCT水平、白细胞计数对于开颅术后颅内感染患者的诊断均有价值,其中脑脊液PCT的临床价值更大.

Research of the Diagnostic Value of Procalcitonin in Intracranial Infection After Craniotomy

Objective To study the diagnostic value of procalcitonin（PCT） in intracranial infection after craniotomy. Methods Selec- ting 30 post - craniotomy patients with intracranial infection as the study group and 30 without intracranial infection as the control group. PCT and white blood cell（WBC） were counted in the serum and cerebrospinal fluid （CSF）. Results Both PCT and WBC counted in the serum and CSF in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. PCT in the CSF had high sensitivity （95%） and specificity（90% ）. Conclusion Both PCT and WBC counted in serum or CSF are valuable for the diagnosis of intracranial in- fection after craniotomy and PCT in CSF has more clinical value.
