中医骨科治疗老年骨性关节炎102例临床疗效观察

目的 研究中医骨科治疗老年骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 选择2011年7月至2013年6月在我院就诊的205例老年骨性关节炎患者,经患者知情同意及医院伦理委员会批准,将患者分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者常规口服阿西美辛治疗,实验组使用中医药综合治疗：1手法推拿;2中药熏蒸;3服用中药。结果 实验组总有效率明显高于对照组,2组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后实验组患者的视觉模拟评分（VAS）显著低于对照组,骨性关节炎功能评分（JOA）显著高于对照组,两组间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 使用中医骨科康复治疗老年骨性关节炎不良反应少,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy in the treatment of 102 cases of senile orthopedic osteoarthritis with traditional Chinese medicine

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of senile orthopedic osteoarthritis with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Two hundred and five patients with senile orthopedic osteoarthritis screened from our hospital from July 2011 to June 2013 were divided into the experimental and control groups in accordance with different treatment methods. Patients in the control group just had acemetacin orally, while patients in the experimental group received comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine ： （ 1 ） massage; （2） herbal medicine fumigation; （3） oral administration of medicinal herbs. Results Total effective rate for the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and statistical significance could be noted, when comparisons were made between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. VAS scores for patients of the experimental group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group, and JOA scores were significantly higher than those of the control group, and statistical significance could also be noted, when comparisons were made between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile orthopedic osteoarthritis had less adverse drug reactions and better therapeutic effects, this treatment method was worth further clinical extension.
