输尿管结石体外震波碎石术后合并急性肠梗阻20例临床分析

目的探讨输尿管结石体外震波碎石术后合并急性肠梗阻的临床特点及分析可能病因。方法回顾性分析2012-10~2013-11间天津市南开医院内科急诊治疗的20例输尿管结石体外震波碎石术后合并急性肠梗阻患者的一般资料、临床表现、实验室及影像学检查、治疗及结果。结果 20例患者经灌肠、胃肠减压、抗炎、补液及我院制剂大承气冲剂颗粒（组方为芒硝、大黄、枳实、厚朴）治疗后,18例患者在6d之内肠梗阻症状消失,2例老年患者收入院治疗。结论输尿管结石体外震波碎石术后可合并急性肠梗阻,要引起术者重视。

Clinical Analysis of 20 Cases with Ureteral Calculi After Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy Combined with Acute Intestinal Obstruction

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of acute intestinal obstruction combined with the ureteral calculi after extraeorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and analyze causes. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the general information, clinical manifestation, laboratory and imaging examination, treatment and outcome of 20 cases with ureteral calculi after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with acute intestinal obstruction from Oct. 2012 to Nov. 2013 in Tianjin Nankai Hospital. Results 20 patients were treated with enema, gastrointestinal decompression, anti - inflammatory, rehydration and dachengqi granula in the hospital preparations （formula for glauber＇s salt, rhubarb, acid -insoluble ash, Magnolia cortex）, 18 cases with intestinal obstruction symptoms disappeared in 6 days, and 2 elderly patients were treated in the hospital. Conclusion Ureteral calculi after extracorporeal shock wave lith0tripsy can be combined with acute intestinal obstruction, and the operators should pay attention to it.
