摘    要:目的对应用荧光静脉留置针进行模拟情景训练,提高护士在野战环境下的静脉穿刺技能。方法模拟3种不同光亮度环境,应用荧光静脉留置针和普通静脉留置针在人体仿真肢具模型上对护士进行静脉穿刺模拟训练,对比训练前、后穿刺成功率和穿刺时间。结果训练前后晨昏光亮度和低光亮度环境下应用荧光静脉留置针进行穿刺的成功率和穿刺时间存在差异(P0.01或P0.05);训练后低光亮度和晨昏光亮度环境下用荧光静脉留置针进行静脉穿刺的成功率高于普通留置针(P0.05)。结论荧光静脉留置针适用于低光亮环境和晨昏光亮环境中操作,应用荧光静脉留置针进行情景模拟穿刺训练能提高护士静脉穿刺技能。

Training effects of venipuncture using fluorescent intravenous indwelling needle under different light conditions

Abstract:Objective To improve nurses skills of venipuncture in field environment by simulated training with fluorescent intravenous indwelling needle under different light conditions. Methods Simulated conditions of three different brightness, fluorescent venous indwelling needle and normal limb venous in dwelling needle were used in simulation human body models to make simulated training. The success puncture rate and time taken were recorded and compared before and after training. Results The significant differences were existed in the success rate and time of venipuncture using fluorescent intravenous indwelling needle between groups under medium and low light conditions before and after training ( P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05 ). The success rate of venipuncture using fluorescent intravenous indwelling needle in groups under medium and low light conditions was higher than that using nom~al intravenous indwelling needle after training ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The fluorescent intravenous indwelling needle is suitable for application under medium and low light conditions. Simulated training u- sing fluorescent intravenous indwelling needle can improve the nurses'venipuneture skills.
