摘    要:目的通过分析医院门诊输液室患者流量变化及其规律,探讨最佳护理排班模式。方法统计2012年门诊输液室在每月、每周及每天不同时间段的患者流量,并分析其变化规律,根据规律实施护士责任分区和弹性工作制排班。结果患者人均等候时间缩短,患者满意度提高(P0.05)。结论门诊输液室患者流量有规律可循,根据患者流量弹性排班,可减少患者等候时间,人性化管理可提高护士主观能动性及工作满意度。

Effects of reforming nursing duty model based on the patients flow amount in transfusion room of outpatient department

Abstract:Objective To analyze hospital outpatients flow and to explore the best nursing shift mode. Methods The monthly, weekly and daily patientflow in different time periods in outpatient infusion room were analyzed. According to the patient flow, the nursing responsibility based on district and flexible scheduling were implemented. Results The average waiting time of patients was shortened, and patients satisfaction increased (P 〈0. 05 ). Conehtsion Flexible scheduling based on patient flow can reduce patient waiting time, and humansitic management can improve nurses'initiative and job satisfaction.
