护士心理契约与情绪劳动的相关性

目的探讨护士心理契约与其情绪劳动的相关性。方法采用心理契约量表和护士情绪劳动量表对200名临床护士进行问卷调查,采用Pearson相关分析法探讨两者间的相关性。结果护士心理契约和情绪劳动总分分别为(2.40±0.47)分和(3.79±0.63)分。Pearson相关分析显示,心理契约总分和情绪劳动总分呈负相关(P0.05);表层扮演与医院的现实责任、发展责任、团队责任和心理契约总分呈正相关(P0.05);深层扮演、情绪表达要求和情绪劳动总分均与医院的现实责任、发展责任、团队责任和心理契约总分呈负相关(P0.05)。结论护士心理契约履行程度不高,情绪劳动水平有待提高,心理契约与其情绪劳动密切相关。

The correlation of psychological contract and emotional labor in nurses

Objective To explore the correlation between psychological contract and emotional labor in nurses. Methods Totally,200 clinical nurses were investigated by the psychological contract scale and nurses emotional labor scale. Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between them. Results The total scores of psychological contract and emotional labor in nurses were （2.40 ± 0.47 ） and （ 3.79 ±0.63 ） , respectively. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the score of psychological contract was negatively correlated with emotional labor （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Surface acting was positively correlated with hospi- tal reality responsibility, development responsibility, team responsibility and psychological contract （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of deep acting, emotional expression and emotional labor were negatively correlated with the scores of hospital reality responsibility, development responsibility, team responsibility and psychological contract （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The nurses＇psychological contract fulfillment level is not high, the level of emotional labor should be improved,and the psychological contract is correlated with the emotional labor.
