| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合护理干预对ICU病房多重耐药菌感染的影响。方法对入住ICU的患者进行综合护理干预,首先对医护人员进行多重耐药菌相关知识培训,加强手卫生管理,严格执行消毒隔离制度,完善环境卫生消毒措施。结果多重耐药菌感染率降低(P0.01);环境卫生学消毒效果、手卫生合格率提高(P0.05)。结论综合护理干预能有效控制ICU病房多重耐药菌感染,值得在临床中推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on controlling multi - drug resistant organism infections in ICU. Methods Patients hospitalized in ICU were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The measures included providing multi - drug resistant organism training for medical staffs, enhancing management of hand hygiene, implementing disinfection and isolation system strictly, and improving environmental hygiene disinfection. Results The infection rate of multi - resistant bacteria was decreased （P 〈 0.01 ）. Environmental hygiene disinfection effects and hand hygiene passing rate were improved （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively control the ICU multi - drug resistant organism infec- tions, and is worth popularizing in clinical application. |
