对比分析尿液分析仪与尿沉渣镜检两种尿检方法

目的比较并分析尿液分析仪和尿沉渣镜检两种尿检方法的优劣。方法采用尿液分析仪和尿沉渣镜检分别对300份尿液进行检测,评价尿液中的白细胞（WBC）、潜血（BLD）及蛋白质（PRO）的水平。结果经过尿沉渣镜检测,其中正常的有36例,假阳性率15.2%。尿液分析仪检测的结果中,阴性为63例,进行尿沉渣镜检,有8例出现异常,假阴性率12.7%。结论尿液分析仪检测出的阳性率比较高,所以,在临床上要根据实际情况的需求进行尿沉渣镜检检测。

Contrastive Analysis of Urine Analyzer and the Way of Urinary Sediment Microscopy Urine Test

Objective To compare and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of urine analyzer and the way of urinary sediment microscopy urine test. Methods Using urine analyzer and urine sediment microscopic examination to evaluate the urine white blood cell（ WBC）,occult blood BLD and protein（ PRO） levels. Results Though the detection of examination of urinary sediments,there were 36 normal cases,and the false positive rate was 15. 2%. In the detection result of urine analyzer,there were 63 feminine gender cases.Through detection,there were 8 abnormal cases,and the false negative rate was 12. 7%. Conclusion Through the detection way of urine analyzer,the positive rate is higher. Therefore,microscopic examination should be chosen according to the actual demand.
