精准肝切除治疗原发性肝癌患者的安全性和有效性观察

目的 探讨精准肝切除治疗原发性肝癌患者的安全性和有效性.方法 将100例原发性肝癌患者按照抽签方法随机均分为对照组与观察组,每组各为50例.对照组采用传统肝切除术,观察组采用精准肝切除术.比较两组术中及术后情况.结果 两组术中出血量相比,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,但术中输血量相比,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组术后肝功能指标（谷丙转氨酶及谷草转氨醇）相比,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,但其他肝功能指标（包括总胆红素、白蛋白及胆碱酯酶）相比,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;对照组术后并发症发生率为28.00％,显著高于观察组（8.00％）（P＜0.01）.结论 精准肝切除治疗原发性肝癌患者效果显著,安全性高,值得在临床上加以推广并应用.

Safety and Efficacy Observation of Precision Liver Resection on Primary Liver Cancer

Objective To study the safety and efficacy of precision liver resection on primary liver cancer. Methods 100 patients with primary liver cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group were treated with traditional hepatic resection, and the observation group were treated with the precise hepatectomy. Intraoperative and postoperative conditions were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference of the blood loss in the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）, but there was statisti- cally significant difference of the intraoperative blood loss （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; there was statistically significant difference of postoperative liver function index （ ALT and AST） between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）, but compared with other liver function index （ including TBil, propagated and cholinesterase）, there was no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ） ; the incidence of postoperative complications was 28.00%, which was significantly higher than control group （8.00%） （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Precise liver resection treatment of primary liver cancer patients effect is remarkable, highly safe, and is worth in clinical promotion and application.
