阴道子宫骶骨韧带高位悬吊术治疗重度盆腔器官脱垂的效果分析

目的：探讨阴道子宫骶骨韧带高位悬吊术（ HUS）治疗重度盆腔器官脱垂的效果。方法以我院2011-01～2013-01间收治的80例重度盆腔器官脱垂患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组使用HUS进行治疗，对照组使用腹腔镜高位宫骶韧带悬吊术进行治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗效果、手术效果、术后并发症发生率及生活质量之间的差异。结果观察组患者临床治疗效果优于对照组，手术时间和住院时间少于对照组，术后并发症发生率低于对照组，生活质量高于对照组，其差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论 HUS可以在重度盆腔器官脱垂的治疗中起到积极作用，可提高临床治疗效果、降低术后并发症、改善患者生活质量。

Effect Analysis of High Vaginal Uterosacral Ligament Suspension in the Treatment of the Severe Pelvic Organ Prolapse

Objective To analyze the effect of high vaginal uterosacral ligament suspension（HUS） in the treatment of the severe pelvic organ prolapse. Methods 80 patients with severe pelvic organ prolapse were divided into the observation group and the control group. The laparoscopy uterosacral ligament suspension was used in the control group, and HUS was used in the observation group. The differences of clinical effect, operation degree, the incidence of complications and the life quality between the two groups were compared. Results The clinical effect and operation degree in the objective group were better than that in the control group. The incidence of complications of the objective group was lower than the ones of control group. The life quality of the observation group was better, with statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion High vaginal uterosacral ligament suspension would get a satisfactory effect in the treatment of the severe pelvic organ prolapse, with better clinical effect, less complications and higher level of life quality.
